Master Your Conference → Your State → Your Region → Your Country
SMP puts the players in control. No more tryouts. No more forced pairings. Choose the players you want to compete with and build your own team.
Conference-level matches are played locally, keeping regular-season competition close to home and minimizing unnecessary travel. SMP limits the number of Clubs and teams in each Conference to keep competition focused and provide Clubs and players with a truly exclusive opportunity to compete.
Whether you want your match results reported to DUPR or prefer competitive league play without results affecting your DUPR rating, SMP gives you both options.
DUPR Leagues
- Our SMP-16 Mixed DUPR League uses established rating ranges to create fair, competitive matchups while allowing match results to contribute to players' DUPR ratings.
NON-DUPR Leagues
- Our SMP-8 Men's and Women's Non-DUPR Leagues offer competitive team play and the same Conference → State → Regional → National championship pathway, without match results being reported to DUPR.
One Captain per team plays FREE, or two Captains each receive 50% off registration. Players also compete for prizes as their teams advance through the SMP Championship pathway.
Clubs whose teams win Regional Championships receive a cash prize. Clubs whose teams win National Championships receive a larger cash prize, plus a donation to a charitable organization in the Club's name.
As we reach key participation milestones, 10% of net profits will be dedicated to charitable organizations each season because we believe in competing at the highest level while contributing to something greater!.
State Masters Pickleball is a team-based amateur league for players who are competitive, committed and ready to challenge themselves. With DUPR and Non-DUPR league options for 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 players, SMP gives you a clear path to compete with your team for Conference, State, Regional and National titles.
Do you want to be part of something bigger? SMP brings competitive players together to build their own teams, represent their Home Clubs and compete for championships — while giving back to Players, Clubs and charitable organizations.
